CSA Membership Refund Policy:

Due to the limited number of spots available in our flower CSA, all memberships are non-refundable. When you reserve a share, that spot is held specifically for you—meaning others may be turned away. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.

It is the member’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information and respond to communication from us. If we do not receive your phone number and delivery address, and you do not respond to our follow-up emails, we cannot guarantee delivery of your flowers. Missing information or lack of response will not qualify for a refund.

What is a Flower CSA?
A Flower CSA is a subscription-based service where you receive regular, seasonal flower bouquets from our farm. By subscribing, you’re supporting our farm upfront, which helps us plan for the season ahead and grow beautiful blooms just for you. You’ll get access to the freshest flowers at their peak, straight from our fields!

How It Works:

• 6 Bi-Weekly Bouquet Deliveries: You’ll receive a beautifully arranged bouquet every other week for a total of 6 deliveries. Expect the best flowers of the season in each delivery!
• Enjoy Fresh Blooms: Each bouquet will feature a variety of flowers hand-picked from our farm, showcasing what’s in season and bursting with color.
• Locally Grown & Sustainable: All of our flowers are grown sustainably right on our farm, with love and care, free from harmful chemicals.
• Skip the Store: Skip the hassle of going to the store and enjoy the beauty of locally grown flowers delivered right to you.

What You Can Expect:

• Variety of Flowers: Each bouquet will feature a variety of flowers in season, including sunflowers, dahlias, zinnias, strawflowers, celosia, and more. Expect something new with every delivery!
• Occasional Crop Changes: Because we work with nature, some bouquets may be smaller or have slight variations based on seasonal changes or unexpected weather. We always strive to deliver the best blooms possible. In the event of crop loss, your remaining bouquets may be delayed or transferred to the next growing season. 
• Commitment & Community: By subscribing, you're supporting our farm directly and ensuring we can keep growing the flowers you love. We do everything in our power to make it right if any issues arise.

Important Notes:

• Non-Refundable: Please note that our due to limited availability, the Flower CSA is non-refundable once the subscription is purchased, as it is a commitment to the growing season. However, if you need to pause or transfer your subscription, please reach out to us.
